That’s why we want to train the greatest church planters this world has ever seen. With a two week intensive we believe that Church Planting School is the Navy Seal training of church planting. A rigorous several days of learning, growing, strategizing, resourcing and equipping for the work of the ministry and extending the kingdom of God.

Pastors Adam and Keira Smallcombe moved from Australia in response to the call of God to plant a church in the Silicon Valley. Through their step of faith, VIVE Church was born, which has grown to eleven locations across the world in just eleven years.

The bold and innovative culture at VIVE has impacted many people's perception of the church. A Bay Area-wide campaign, "Not religious? Neither are we." was launched to start the church. The campaign ended up having a global effect as many were challenged by the message of a God who wants relationship and not just religious tradition.

THE TEAM

Ben Lee is the Youth Pastor of VIVE Church along with his wife Jackie. He has been at VIVE for 8 years now. From the Welcome Team to the Production Team to leading Groups, Ben has a breadth of experience in building different areas of the church. He is a dynamic minister with a heart to unlock young people in their calling.

Davide Di Lecce has been involved in church planting and leadership for the last 7 years, starting campuses in Rome, Milan, and London. With a background in Worship leading and Digital strategy, he brings both practical and spiritual expertise to building and expanding the church, focusing on empowering teams and leaders to fulfill their unique callings. His commitment to fostering growth and community has helped strengthen the church’s presence in multiple cities, ensuring long-term impact and sustainability.
